Stress Reduction Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Intensive

Learn to relax your mind and release yourself from the cycle of worry, anxiety and fear obstructing your connection to your health. Exercise your mind, body & spirit to reach a higher state of awareness, emotional stability, and strength.

An intensive (concentrated material) practice for all levels of experience as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

Day One: Understanding the impact of stress on the immune system.

Day Two: Building the immune system and reducing stress.

Attire: Comfortable clothes. Preferable to wear a head covering (kerchief or scarf), white is the desired color for the clothes; however it is not mandatory.

To Bring: Water, Yoga mat (mats are available at studio if you do not have one), Shawl (for meditation). What ever you need to be comfortable.

If you have any concerns with your health, please check with your doctor prior to signing up for this class. (note: the class is on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator). The exercises include stretching, bending, twisting, the use of arms, lifting legs, sitting on the floor are some of the things that will be part of the class. You do not have to be super flexible to participate, this is a class for all levels.
